Leicester-based Ratcliffe Fowler Design helped Nike create a ball sculpture made of 5,500 footballs in a South African shopping centre.
Ball Man is located in Carlton Mall in Johannesburg and he stands 20 metres tall, using 10km of heavy-duty cable to hold each ball from the ceiling. The sculpture will be up until the end of the tournament, after that the footballs will be donated to schoolchildren.
