As part of the London Design Festival, Ryan Todd was commissioned by Natuzzi to create an installation which explored my perspective of London versus that of Milanese artist, Jacopo Zibar. 


Plight of the homeless



Graphic designer Nick Chaffe is using an empty shop window in Nottingham to draw attention to the plight of homeless people in the community.

British architect Ian McChesney designed a sculpture for Levi’s as part of the Regent Street Windows Project in London.

Selfridges tweeted an apology on Twitter after cocoperez posted a comment on the window installation with an Alexander McQueen dress.

Cocoperez:
"Selfridges in Manchester really needs to re-think their Alexander McQueen window display.
Did they forget that he committed suicide by hanging himself!?"


Selfridges:
"We apologise for any offence caused. It was not intentional and the dress has been removed."

Rolls Royce Olympus Concorde


Using a maintenance manual purchased on Ebay for £6 and a lot of styrofoam, paper and glue, PostlerFerguson engage in a bit of recent-past archaeology to construct a full-scale model of the Rolls-Royce/Snecma Olympus 593 jet engine from the Concorde.
